Exchanges

The HypeParkShop.com will accommodate exchanges within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for New, Not Worn items. 

·      THPS will email a FedEx return shipping label for the exchange merchandise. 

·      Please email THPS at - jpcollins63@gmail.com
Please indicate items (Order No - Style/Color/Size/Qty’s) that will be returned.
Please also indicate the items to be shipped in exchange (Style/Color?Size/Qty’s)
Please list if items should be shipped to the school or to your home address?

·      Please include a copy of the original order (or order number)

·      THPS will invoice for return and exchange order freight. 

·      THPS will also invoice for the exchange merchandise that will be credited when returns merchandise is received. 

Returns

The HypeParkShop.com will accommodate returns within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for New, Not Worn items. 

·      THPS will charge a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise.  We apologize we need to charge this fee, but there is a cost associated with returned inventory.  There are also samples of all styles, in all sizes at the school to avoid these fees.
